I’ll help you understand the big picture as well as lead you through the process step-by-step so you feel in control of your transaction and that you have strong support at your side. It can feel like a maze, but I’ve successfully led plenty of clients through it.

There are plenty of websites that promise you an instant valuation of your home. The problem is they are based on simple data like size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot size, etc. They’re formulaic. There’s no credit for condition or location or schools, etc. – things about which we know buyers care and for which they may pay more or less than the average.
